Ultimate goal is to make an impact

Spend funds on advancing its causes

Both have to be transparent about the impact they’re making and regularly disclose their business practices for outsiders to see.

They are not competing with each other but rather they support each other. Ex: Patagonia helping outside nonprofit organizations with the revenue from their business.
